Part-Time Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Business Development / Lead Generation Associate. This role focuses primarily on outbound calls to introduce our services, generate interest, and help build new business relationships.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys talking to people, and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound (cold) calls to prospective clients
• Introduce our services and generate interest
• Identify potential leads and schedule follow-ups
• Track calls and maintain simple notes
• Assist with light marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communication skills and clear speaking voice
• Positive attitude and resilience (ability to handle rejection)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time with flexible scheduling
