Key Responsibilities

• Learn how to lead and develop diverse teams
• Actively collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center
• Learn from and shadow TJX operations leaders
• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our off-price business model
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives
