AI​/ML Engineer - Hybrid, Impact

Position Overview

We’re seeking an innovative and highly skilled AI/Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and optimize machine learning models that power intelligent solutions across our digital products. In this role, you'll work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to turn data into actionable insights and automation that drive business growth. Location: Phoenix, AZ / Hybrid. Compensation: $130,000 - $200,000/year (DOE).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
• Analyze large, complex datasets and develop data pipelines to support model training and evaluation.
• Research and stay current with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and model optimization.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance and scalability.
• Document workflows, model architectures, and results to support reproducibility and future development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or data science roles.
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps and model deployment tools.
• Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Exposure to responsible AI and model interpretability frameworks.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced agile environments.
