Job Description & Program Overview
Our program includes formal training and direct placement in the Subscription Finance Group (SFG). Subscription Finance specifically provides funding/financing solutions to many of the world’s leading asset managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting client proposals, transaction summaries, due diligence summaries, credit approval reports and other documents as part of the transaction approval process
- Engaging with business partners and other members of the client team, as necessary, to facilitate various aspects of the transaction management process
- Participation in on-site client due diligence visits, as necessary
- Generation of detailed collateral analysis
- Monitoring and highlighting key performance trends related to the collateral, clients, and the industry
- Maintaining transaction pricing, return and cash flow models, as well as portfolio surveillance files
- Gain exposure providing financing to funds that invest in a broad range of asset classes such as real estate, private equity, and private credit
Required Qualifications
- Education: Candidates are required to be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or a bachelor’s direct to master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between November 2027 and August 2028
- Candidates must demonstrate a combination of academic aptitude, quantitative skills, strategic and creative thinking, and strong written and oral communications skills
- Superior analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage several projects at once
- Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualifications: 3.2 minimum GPA preferred
- Other desired characteristics include: integrity, attention to detail, assertiveness, initiative, leadership, strong work ethic, and team focus
- Qualifications: Strong interest in global financial markets and keen interest in complex structures are preferred
- Mathematics, engineering, statistics, or programming background a plus
