Job Description
We are partnering with a professional services organization to identify a Manager of Business Operations to support financial oversight, operational strategy, and business performance initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Provide financial and operational support to leadership teams.
- Monitor KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Operations.
- Support pricing analysis, reporting, and business process improvements.
- Assist with onboarding, integration, and operational initiatives.
- Develop reporting and analysis for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support system enhancements and workflow optimization projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business operations, or financial analysis.
- Experience in professional services or other fast-paced environments preferred.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
