We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Event Marketing & Sales Assistants! We partner with some of the nation’s most recognized retailers to host live events and promotional activations that spotlight our clients’ top products and services.
As an Event Marketing & Sales Assistant, you’ll work hands-on at retail locations, engaging with shoppers, answering questions, and creating memorable customer experiences. This entry-level role includes personalized training, development opportunities, and direct mentorship to help you build valuable skills and advance your career in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
Job Type: Full-time.Compensation: $950.00 - $1,400.00 per week.Work Location: In person.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and event attendees with a friendly, welcoming attitude to create a fun and engaging atmosphere.
- Represent our clients’ brands with confidence and enthusiasm by sharing product features, benefits, and exclusive offers.
- Support in setting up and managing retail event displays to ensure an inviting and organized presentation.
- Guide customers through promotions and service sign-ups, making the experience simple and positive.
- Track interactions and feedback to help improve campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve daily and weekly goals during promotional events.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment such as retail events or promotions.
- A positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules.
- Previous experience in retail, events, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required.
- A team-first mentality with the drive to take initiative and contribute to group success.
