Position Overview

The Bliss Group is an analytics-driven marketing communications firm committed to training you to accelerate your personal career development. We are hiring an Associate Account Executive who will support ~3-4 accounts spanning our financial, healthcare, impact, and professional services practices. This entry-level role values relevant college coursework and/or internship experience. Candidates must be eager to learn, collaborate within teams, and have a strong interest in our clients’ industries. Exceptional writing and organizational skills, along with the ability to masterfully multi-task, are essential.

Location: NYC office in New York, NY
Schedule: Hybrid (Full Time)
Salary: 47K-50K annually

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate media relations efforts, including media list development, pitch writing, securing coverage, and media monitoring.
• Assist with social shares development.
• Help facilitate client research requests.
• Manage monthly and quarterly client reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant internship experience is a plus.
• Experience with PR/marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Strong interest and/or knowledge in financial services and/or professional services industries.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Effective teamwork, including coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible approach with the ability to shift priorities in response to changing client and team needs.
• Smart, determined, energetic with a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to grasp complex content quickly.
