Entry level Sales Executive

Position Overview

Randstad is seeking an Entry Level Sales Executive to join the team of a well-established client in the personal finance industry located in Boca Raton, FL. You’ll manage assigned accounts, build relationships and empower individuals by helping them access financial resources. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree, enjoy communicating, and be eager to learn and make a difference in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage call and email volume.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for business accounts and personal contacts throughout the funding process.
• Gather and verify detailed case information; resolve outstanding questions.
• Explain funding options and terms, negotiate rates and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth funding experience.
• Provide documentation and maintain updates on application status.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects and applications using CRM.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and internal policies.

• Compensation: Salary of $50,000 - $55,000 per year, plus commission and company bonus
