Position Overview
At Maddox – the nation’s leading provider of electrical transformers – you will play a pivotal role as part of a dynamic inside sales team. Working with commercial and industrial end-users, electrical contractors, and resellers, you will deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions using established sales processes while upholding our values and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer requests, understanding needs and proposing technical and commercial solutions.
- Follow up with existing clients and maintain communication with industry contacts in a non-cold-calling environment.
- Utilize established sales processes to support the purchase of the right transformer for each project.
- Provide exceptional customer service to contractors, engineers, purchasing agents, and end users.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy interacting with people and solving technical and commercial challenges.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Proficiency with modern software and digital workflows.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for excellent customer service.
- While extensive (20+ years) experience is valued, promising early-career candidates with the right attitude are welcome.
