About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive to join our team in Bucks County, PA. This is a senior individual contributor role for a promotional products professional who enjoys new business development, enterprise-level account management, and working collaboratively within a sales team.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this role is responsible for driving new revenue, managing key client relationships, and supporting the broader Account Executive team through collaboration, shared insights, and strategic account coverage. This position is primarily on-site in our Bucks County office, with flexibility to work up to one remote day per week as needed for the role.
What You’ll Do
New Business Development
- Lead outbound outreach and prospecting efforts
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities
- Create and deliver tailored sales presentations
Account Management
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level client accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, budgets, and timelines
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and long-term partnership growth
- Collaborate closely with operations, production, and fulfillment teams
Team Collaboration
- Act as a strong team player supporting the Account Executive team
- Share best practices, insights, and industry knowledge
- Assist with strategic account planning and coverage as needed
Strategy and Analytics
- Contribute to sales strategy execution
- Analyze pricing, margins, and account performance
- Use Excel and internal tools to track pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Apply sound judgment around promotional products pricing and product selection
Relationship Building
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Travel up to 10 percent as needed to support accounts and business development
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the promotional products distribution industry required
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level client accounts
- Strong new business development background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excel proficiency required
- Comfortable creating and delivering professional sales presentations
- Analytical, strategic, and self-motivated
- Strong collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work primarily on-site in Bucks County with limited hybrid flexibility
