Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Email Campaigns Specialist to join our marketing team and create compelling, data-driven email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, conversions, and retention. In this role you will nurture leads, enhance customer relationships, and boost brand awareness through effective email communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives, focusing on engagement, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
  • Plan and manage email campaigns for various initiatives including newsletters, promotional offers, product launches, and re-engagement efforts.
  • Create detailed campaign calendars to ensure timely execution of all email communications.
  • Write engaging, clear, and persuasive email copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Design visually appealing email templates, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and drive action.
  • Set up and launch campaigns using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Develop and manage email automation workflows such as welcome emails, drip campaigns, cart abandonment sequences, and customer re-engagement.
  • Utilize dynamic content to personalize emails based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement history.
  • Segment email lists to target specific audiences with relevant and timely content.
  • Monitor and analyze key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, conversion rates, etc.) to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various email components (subject lines, CTAs, visuals, etc.) to continuously improve performance.
  • Optimize campaigns based on insights from performance data to increase engagement and ROI.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant data privacy laws, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date email lists with regular data hygiene and effective segmentation.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align email initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales teams to integrate email marketing efforts with lead generation and nurturing strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in email marketing with a strong focus on Shopify integration.
  • Expertise in optimizing email campaigns to achieve maximum engagement and conversion rates.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
  • Experience in email list segmentation, automation workflows, and performance optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting and template design.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing metrics and the ability to analyze campaign data.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or Zoho.
  • Knowledge of design principles for emails and landing pages.
  • Understanding of email deliverability and best practices for maintaining high inbox placement rates.
  • Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Experience working with investment or e-commerce-related firms is a plus.
