Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making for the commercial business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and planning.
• Present financial data and insights to senior leadership and provide recommendations for action.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and evaluate potential investments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform financial strategies.
• Work closely with business partners to understand and support their financial needs.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency in financial processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
• Collaborate with other finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting.
• Support the development and implementation of new financial systems and tools.
• Monitor and manage budget and expenses for the commercial business units.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
