Position Overview
Our client is a very well‐recognized Broker-Dealer seeking an experienced Client Operations team member with 5+ years of onboarding international clients. This role, based in the prestigious Coral Gables office, requires full bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) with excellent written and verbal abilities. As an Operations Specialist, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of international client account processes, ensuring strict regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional service to individuals, corporate entities, and institutional clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete international client account lifecycle including setup, maintenance, and ongoing review for individuals, corporate entities, and institutional clients.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation compliance across multiple jurisdictions while adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Partner strategically with Compliance, Legal, Tax, and AML teams to validate data and confirm regulatory adherence.
- Mentor and train colleagues, serving as the go-to resource for complex international account matters and escalations.
- Analyze and review account reports to guarantee accuracy and compliance across all international client portfolios.
- Address branch inquiries and complex issues with sound judgment, delivering timely resolutions while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
- Monitor and update client records reflecting changes in contact information, ownership structures, and authorized parties.
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience onboarding international clients.
- Proven experience with international regulatory requirements, AML/KYC frameworks, and multi-layered corporate structures.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry rules, documentation standards, and record-keeping requirements.
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively with an international client base.
