Position Overview
Worthy & CIRCA Jewels is on a mission to remake the world of pre-owned luxury jewelry using our expertise, technology, and connections to get jewelry sellers the most for their pieces. The Administrative Assistant will assist the jewelry buyers with clerical and reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client appointments and submission pipeline using software platforms.
- Receive and initiate client calls, answering questions and assisting with appointment-related inquiries at all US offices.
- Follow up with clients via phone, text, and e-mail.
- Greet clients with a friendly attitude, check them in, escort them to the buyer's room, and offer refreshments.
- Update data from appointments and submissions, including personal and purchase information.
- Collaborate daily with the full Client Services Team to ensure an exceptional client experience throughout their journey.
- Manage incoming inventory and product shipping.
- Create and distribute daily reports.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.
Required Qualifications
- One year of administrative experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good working relationships both internally and externally.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Location: Bethesda, MD
- Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9 AM-6 PM
Preferred Qualifications
- Luxury goods or consumer goods industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
- Previous diamond and jewelry experience preferred.
- A strong and kind communicator with professional direct verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and company stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strategic mindset and willingness to take full ownership of Seller Support.
