Position Overview

The HR Coordinator and Office Assistant role is a 100% in-office position at our Denver Corporate Office with a Monday-Friday schedule. In this role you will work across the organization managing administrative HR tasks and property management-related duties to ensure the efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • General HR Tasks: Support all areas of Human Resources including tracking birthdays, anniversaries, certifications, and assisting with administrative talent management duties.
  • Manage and update all employee information in Avanti Vision.
  • Act as a customer service representative to provide timely support and counsel to staff.
  • Assist with projects related to project management and scrum board initiatives.
  • General Office Assistant Tasks: Oversee office services such as supplies, mail, courier services, and overall office security.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage maintenance and repairs of office equipment and building systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and execute office events including annual holiday parties, summer events, monthly luncheons, and quarterly Board of Directors meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment required.
  • 1+ years of experience as an office assistant.
  • 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, visuals), Word (mail merge), and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and empathy.
  • Ability to adjust priorities quickly based on organizational needs.
  • Must pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with up-to-date vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required.
  • If minimum qualifications are met during resume screening, a Wonderlic pre-employment assessment is required.
