Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Collaborate with various business units to identify and prioritize data needs and develop solutions to address them.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's data sources and systems.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data validation and quality control processes.
• Train and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute data expertise to support decision-making.
• Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline data processes and reporting methods.
• Stay current with emerging data technologies and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Communicate complex findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
