Position Overview
Join Ansys to develop cutting-edge simulation software, empowering innovation in a dynamic co-op role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers to design, implement, and debug.
- Investigate and resolve defects in production code.
- Engineer simulation features and develop UI toolkit components.
- Enhance infrastructure processes and tools to improve product efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the Physics team within the Design Business Unit.
Required Qualifications
- Commitment to three semester rotations for Engineers and two for Computer Science.
- Enrollment in a BS program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Current full-time degree program enrollment, returning to university post co-op.
- Experience with C++, C#, Java, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to object-oriented programming, CAD, and/or FEA.
- Strong math skills or experience in writing algorithms.
