Position Overview
PGIM Real Estate is seeking an Agriculture Investment Analyst for its Fresno, CA office. In this hybrid role, you will evaluate new agricultural loans, monitor credit risk in an existing agricultural mortgage portfolio, and conduct industry research and analysis to support our agricultural lending business. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate new agricultural loan opportunities and assess credit risk.
- Monitor and manage the existing agricultural mortgage loan portfolio.
- Conduct industry research and analysis projects to support lending decisions.
- Collaborate with team members and develop relationships to support business development initiatives.
- Travel as required to meet business and networking needs.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in business, agricultural finance, economics, or an equivalent field (advanced degree is a plus).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate investments and/or production agriculture.
- Excellent research, data gathering, and organization skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
