Creative Cove Inc. is hiring: Graphic Designer in Boston

Position Overview

Our Metrowest retail client, Creative Cove Inc., is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience. This contract role is onsite 3 days a week south of Boston, starting in January for an initial three‐month period. The position focuses primarily on packaging design, requiring strong execution and experience with Figma along with proficiency in industry‐standard design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while keeping the creative bar high.
• Support the department across a range of projects, with an emphasis on packaging design.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Director and key team members to achieve creative cohesion.
• Set and uphold high standards for design and provide clear guidance to maintain quality.
• Establish yourself as an industry expert through relationship building and knowledge sharing.
• Inspire creative excellence by researching industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer insights.
• Maintain an online portfolio and demonstrate proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Present product concepts and marketing campaigns to senior executives and iterate based on cross-functional feedback.
• Influence cross-functional teams—including Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Quality—to develop product concepts and campaigns.
• Ensure creative consistency across all channels and support the development of brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic or packaging design.
• Demonstrated expertise in packaging design and conceptual thinking, with a strong direct-to-consumer (DTC) perspective.
• Proficiency with Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Possession of an online portfolio showcasing a history of successful design projects.
