Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant

Position Overview

At OneAmerica we deliver on promises when customers need us most. As a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant, you will execute and optimize digital marketing strategies to enhance web visibility and drive SEO performance. In this role, you will plan, execute, and analyze digital campaigns aligned with enterprise strategic initiatives while leveraging best practices and key technologies to capture performance metrics and drive business outcomes.

Salary Band: 05

Hybrid Work Environment: This position requires a hybrid work model based in Indianapolis, IN with occasional returns to the office in CA, IN, or ME for team collaboration. Please note that OneAmerica Financial does not permit remote work from the State of New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing and enterprise peers to bring marketing strategies to life through customer data analysis, audience segmentation, personalization, and web engagement plans.
• Collaborate with partners across the enterprise to create digital-first marketing campaigns aligned with Marketing, Brand, Line of Business, sales, and relationship strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement and ROI.
• Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analyze and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Drive innovation by staying current with the latest marketing trends and technology advances.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.
• 2-3 years of experience in SEO and with Content Performance Platforms such as BrightEdge.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe AEM and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
