Entry Level Division 10 Installer
Create A Space is an Indianapolis based Interior Specialties Division 10 Commercial Contractor established in 2000. Focusing on multi-family and residential construction, Create A Space works with some of the biggest builders in the Midwest to create quality spaces with our products.
Your Responsibilities
An installer position at Create A Space is a critical part of our team. Create A Space is looking to hire motivated individuals with a willingness to learn and work well with others. A good applicant will have the following abilities:
- Ability to use basic tools (drills, tape measure, hammer, ..)
- Ability to follow safety procedures and use good jobsite etiquette.
- Ability to perform work around the warehouse and jobsites
- Ability to take directions from project leaders.
- Ability to load material, installation of material, and return material to warehouse.
- Ability to install products accurately and ensure good quality of workmanship.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers to resolve issues and complete tasks.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize as jobsites progress or present changes.
- Ability to travel 2+ hours (to some jobsites). *Company vehicles are supplied during work hours and overnight travel*
- *Overnight travel is required for some jobsites. All accommodations and per diem will be covered by Create A Space.
- *Ability for overnight travel is not required for employment**
Compensation and Benefits
Willing to train the right person as well as negotiate pay for more experience.
Workdays: Monday-Friday, 8-10hrs/Day, No weekends
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
