Description
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a talented lawyer to join our team of diverse, creative, and hardworking people. As a member of the Marketing and Communications Legal group, you will be the marketing legal counsel for some of the worlds most innovative financial products like Apple Card, Apple Cash, and Apple Pay. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating marketing agreements, and providing legal and regulatory guidance on our industry-leading marketing campaigns. With passion, dedication, and a desire to tackle challenges, you will play a crucial role as we provide the legal support for Apples marketing teams. Successful candidates will embrace the challenge of solving complex issues and conflicting interests in creative and efficient ways and will demonstrate an ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration with both legal and business colleagues alike.
