Job Description

Position Overview

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service by taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, talking to customers, and more. We are hiring immediately for all shifts – opening, closing, and everything in between. Whether you have prior experience in a customer service role or are new to the Restaurant industry, this entry-level position (no experience required) includes paid training. We offer competitive pay and benefits for all positions. Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Required Qualifications

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
  • Ability to lift, carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop
  • Ability to ascend or descend stairs
  • Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above the head and below the waistline)
  • Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
  • Comply with Company policies
