Position Overview

DaVita’s Legal Department is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Risk Management team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations—organizing events, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and transcribing meetings—while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is competitive and based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule departmental events, meetings, and appointments
  • Transcribe phone calls and meetings accurately
  • Arrange travel plans and coordinate logistics
  • Provide support to leadership positions, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting leadership positions
  • Associate's degree or higher (preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent transcription and electronic note-taking skills
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work in the CST time zone
