Position Overview

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and executive teams across Canada and the United States. You will develop and implement HR strategic initiatives, drive people programs, and foster an inclusive, engaging workplace that aligns with our values and compensation philosophy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on HR disciplines including employee engagement, conflict and exit management, employment legislation, employee relations, and investigations.
- Manage the rollout and results of the HR calendar events and talent management strategies.
- Lead and report on workforce management activities including recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.
- Partner with leaders to implement people-related strategic initiatives and ensure alignment to our compensation philosophy.
- Drive engagement, culture initiatives, and support organizational design efforts to optimize structure and efficiency.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders, offering transformative HR solutions and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams – including talent acquisition, benefits and wellness, and organizational development – to deliver impactful programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience supporting corporate functions; Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and collaborate with employees at all levels, including executives.
- Exceptional skills in conflict resolution, facilitation, relationship management, and strategic planning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of core HR competencies including compensation, benefits, employment law, organizational development, and talent management.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

- Compensation Range: $108,000.00 - $162,000.00 (with bonus eligibility for certain roles and adjustments based on education, qualifications, experience, and location).
