Position Overview

Job Title: Entry-Level Marketing & Social Media Assistant – Luxury Retail Showroo at Cosulich Interiors & Antiques in New York, NY. Cosulich Interiors & Antiques is a family-owned business specializing in unique vintage and contemporary Italian furniture and lighting. Their showroom at the New York Design Center in Manhattan serves interior designers, architects, and private clients who value exceptional design and craftsmanship. This is an in-person, full-time, client-facing role supporting the Principal Director with daily marketing operations, including social media, email campaigns, online inventory management, and showroom support. Salary Range: $42,000 - $46,000 (Full-Time, On-Site).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Design and send weekly email campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Manage online product listings (1stdibs, Incollect, company website) and keep inventory up to date.
• Assist with content creation, including photography, video, and graphic design for marketing materials.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic; suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
• Provide showroom support and exceptional customer service to visiting designers and clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill marketing and visual content requests.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with social media tools, email marketing (Mailchimp or similar), and basic SEO.
• Experience with photo/video editing tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
• Comfortable using Mac and familiar with Google Analytics, AdWords, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in interior design, art, or luxury home products.
