This full-time, on-site role for an Entry Level Account Manager is located in the New Orleans area. The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities and providing exceptional customer service. Once proficient in our sales systems, they will manage a team of entry-level sales associates, develop sales strategies, coach team members, and ensure that sales targets are met. Additionally, the role involves active participation in training programs and leadership development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, restaurant, retail, and/or hospitality is also a plus
