Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join and support the Supply Chain MRO (Maintenance, Repairs, and Overhaul) Team based in Jacksonville, Florida. The selected candidate will interface with several cross-functional customers and clients daily for BGS Supply Chain requirements in support of MRO aircraft/structural repairs, performing order execution, delivery management, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate accountability and responsibility as a self-starter with a strong ethical foundation.
- Analyze post-production data and apply supply chain principles to optimize inventory management, reduce costs from surplus/shortages, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Identify and resolve customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
- Analyze supplier and customer data including repair capabilities and capacity, and assess configuration change impacts on the supply support system.
- Understand the big picture and inter-relationships within the system to anticipate future events and accelerate performance.
- Identify supply chain alternatives to address obsolescence and unplanned emergent issues.
- Analyze material location and initiate redistribution actions.
- Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material, delivery requirements, and orders.
- Process documentation associated with repair items, warranty claims, and materials returned from customers.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supply Chain Planning and/or Production Control.
- 1+ years of experience organizing, planning, facilitating, and executing customer logistics.
- 1+ years of experience with forecasting, Supply Chain Software Systems, modeling & simulation tools, and ERP Systems.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent work or military experience.
- 1+ years of experience with Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP).
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Material Management Services (MMS).

- Summary pay range: $63,750 - $86,250. Pay is based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
