Portland – Oregon – United States of AmericaAs a CBRE Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for performing basic marketing research – collecting, reviewing, and presenting information while maintaining databases. This role is part of the General Marketing job function and supports the design, development, and execution of marketing programs for the organization’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Research opportunities and forecast trends with statistical data; measure the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns.
- Make recommendations on current campaigns and communicate improvements based on customer feedback and research findings.
- Establish target audiences and develop methods for data collection, including surveys, questionnaires, and polls.
- Keep updated with ongoing and past market trends and evaluate their impact on the market.
- Review the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Use AI tools to track current customer activity and identify untapped customer segments.
- Examine consumer buying habits and correlate them with various economic events.
- Apply standard principles with a developing level of practical experience.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that align with CBRE RISE values.
- Maintain high quality of work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
- Exchange clear information, ask questions, and check for mutual understanding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices to make sound judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills paired with a curious and inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills with the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial figures.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
