Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospital operations, including inpatient units, ancillary services, and support departments
- Collaborate with the CEO, CMO, and CFO to align operational goals with clinical and financial performance
- Lead initiatives to improve throughput, reduce length of stay, and enhance patient satisfaction
- Manage department heads and ensure accountability for KPIs, compliance, and quality metrics
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR
- Serve as a visible and engaged leader across the hospital, fostering a culture of transparency and excellence
- Provide executive-level reporting and updates to the board and senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Proven success as a hospital COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent leadership role
- Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare management experience
- Strong command of hospital operations, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement
- Ability to lead during change, stabilize teams, and implement best practices quickly
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills
- Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
