This role is ideal for a seasoned healthcare executive who thrives in fast-paced environments and can drive measurable improvements across clinical operations, patient flow, and administrative systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hospital operations, including inpatient units, ancillary services, and support departments
  • Collaborate with the CEO, CMO, and CFO to align operational goals with clinical and financial performance
  • Lead initiatives to improve throughput, reduce length of stay, and enhance patient satisfaction
  • Manage department heads and ensure accountability for KPIs, compliance, and quality metrics
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR
  • Serve as a visible and engaged leader across the hospital, fostering a culture of transparency and excellence
  • Provide executive-level reporting and updates to the board and senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Proven success as a hospital COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent leadership role
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare management experience
  • Strong command of hospital operations, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement
  • Ability to lead during change, stabilize teams, and implement best practices quickly
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills
  • Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
