Field Inventory Specialist

Position Overview

Douglas-Guardian is seeking field representatives to perform inventory inspections at business locations on a part‐time, as‐needed basis. Compensation: $22.50 plus mileage. Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, no weekends) while working in a role that verifies financed assets using proprietary technology across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconcile findings with dealer records.
• Communicate effectively with dealer and home office personnel.
• Verify collateral, assess condition, and provide prompt and accurate reporting.
• Schedule and route inspections to ensure efficient completion within required timelines.
• Utilize a company-supplied tablet PC in the performance of services.
• Possess a smart phone (Android or iOS) for job functions.

Required Qualifications

• Flexibility to work during weekday business hours.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within a 100-mile radius.
• Comfortable using mobile applications.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
• Good communication skills.
