Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Work closely with senior leaders to learn how to manage and motivate a team effectively. You will help train and mentor new team members, ensuring they understand sales goals, charity initiatives, and company expectations.
- Campaign Execution & Project Management: Assist in planning and executing brand awareness campaigns that promote charitable partnerships, including organizing events and tracking success.
- Customer & Community Engagement: Represent the brand at sales and charity-focused events, ensuring customers understand how their purchases contribute to social causes.
- Sales Oversight & Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team and individual sales performance while collaborating with senior managers to analyze data and drive improvements.
- Brand Awareness & Sales Support: Support targeted initiatives and campaigns, including promotional material creation and event setups, to increase brand visibility.
- Strategic Planning & Feedback Contribution: Contribute insights during strategy sessions to refine long-term business strategies that align with both sales and social impact goals.
