Key Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design – With limited support, gather requirements and modify/edit content to develop standardized training programs.
  • Training Preparation – Demonstrate organizational skills in classroom preparation, training environment setup, and equipment testing prior to training activities.
  • Instructor Training – Deliver training across various IT software application systems using a blended approach such as instructor-led, in-service/demo, virtual, or one-on-one.
  • Learner Assessment – Engage with learners through interaction, course assessment, and evaluation to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Training Approach & Delivery – Manage time effectively and customize content delivery to meet unique learning needs while preserving course integrity.
  • Customer Service – Provide excellent service during all interactions.
  • Knowledge – Maintain expertise on multiple applications and serve as a recognized resource on assigned systems.
  • Training Environment Build – Assist with the administration and maintenance of the training environment with minimal support.
  • Training Coordination – Support LMS administration, setup, maintenance, and scheduling of training resources for new hires and pre-implementation sessions.
  • Projects – Take initiative to add tasks based on experience with minimal direction.
  • eLearning Design – Gather requirements for eLearning requests and contribute to mapping, storyboarding, and presentation designs.
  • Leadership – Act as a “go to” consultant for operations leadership.
  • Attitude – Maintain a positive demeanor, embrace feedback, and show appreciation for colleagues, patients, and partners.
  • Teamwork – Collaborate effectively, share information, and anticipate the needs of colleagues to resolve challenges.
  • Service Delivery – Take ownership of issues, ensure accuracy in deliverables, meet timelines, and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Service Management – Monitor HEAT tickets, document activities thoroughly, and resolve issues within established service levels.

Required Qualifications

  • License/Registration/Certification – Not required
  • Education – Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or field of study (Training & Development, Business Management, Human Resources, etc.)
  • Experience – Minimum of 3 years in a training & development capacity, including hands-on experience with developing/delivering training programs and feedback assessment.
