Marketing Analyst/Coordinator 4 - Staffing
Location: US-TX-Plano
Circet USA is the leading provider of Network Services in North America. With nearly 50 years of industry experience, we specialize in engineering and construction services delivering comprehensive solutions across Inside Plant, Outside Plant, and Wireless networks. We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst/Coordinator 4 to fulfill a staff augmentation role with our customer. In this role, you will research market conditions to determine potential sales of products or services, gather competitive insights and support innovative retail merchandising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibilities: Implement and maintain merchandising strategies for the company's retail initiatives across multiple channels to ensure a best-in-class retail experience.
- Work cross-functionally to innovate the execution and ongoing support of retail merchandising concepts that drive customer awareness and in-store engagement.
- Guide merchandising planogram development in partnership with sales and product teams to optimize sales across product categories.
- Own the implementation of display units, visual merchandising elements, device security, and retail graphics across multiple store layouts.
- Coordinate internally and externally for on-device digital content and customization as needed.
- Project manage the execution of all product and retail experience launches for the carrier customer.
- Effectively communicate merchandising execution plans to the field and carrier account teams to ensure organizational alignment.
- Track ROI and KPIs for all retail merchandising projects post implementation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple cross-functional teams, external vendors, carrier account teams, and customers.
- Oversee budget and vendor requests in collaboration with the project manager and internal teams to ensure timely approvals.
- Test and stage carrier fixtures in the company's Retail Lab in preparation for upcoming launches.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience Required: 5+ years' experience in project management and operations within a retail organization. Experience in the wireless industry is a plus.
- Highly proficient with Blue Yonder Space Planning and Floor Planning planogram programs for mobile product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, ensure detail orientation, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of the consumer journey, market trends, and insights.
- Proven success in collaborating with leadership and influencing peers to accomplish project objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail on production schedules and timelines.
- Ability to make informed recommendations based on a thorough analysis of business objectives.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to objectively assess opportunities and adapt to changing needs.
- Experience in developing presentations using various PC applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
