Position Overview

TP, a global leader in digital business services, is seeking a Digital Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. In this role, you will interact with a diverse range of customers through phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring prompt issue resolution and accurate documentation while contributing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Address and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Escalate issues when necessary
  • Respond to requests and handle payment processing when required
  • Accurately document details of each interaction for records and audits
  • Share feedback about call experiences
  • Upsell services when applicable

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely as part of a virtual team
  • Preferably at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Comfortable working on desktop computer systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Work from Home Requirements:
    • Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps
    • Minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
    • Internet service provider with no packet loss and less than 50ms ping
    • Proof of internet speed
    • Clean and quiet work environment
