Position Overview
TP, a global leader in digital business services, is seeking a Digital Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. In this role, you will interact with a diverse range of customers through phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring prompt issue resolution and accurate documentation while contributing valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media
- Address and de-escalate challenging situations
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Respond to requests and handle payment processing when required
- Accurately document details of each interaction for records and audits
- Share feedback about call experiences
- Upsell services when applicable
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely as part of a virtual team
- Preferably at least 6 months of customer service experience
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable working on desktop computer systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Work from Home Requirements:
- Internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps
- Minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps
- Internet service provider with no packet loss and less than 50ms ping
- Proof of internet speed
