Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Athena Security’s events and experiential marketing initiatives.

This role owns the end-to-end delivery of trade shows, conferences, field events, and executive-hosted experiences that elevate brand presence, generate qualified interest, and support revenue growth. The Event Manager serves as the central point of accountability for event strategy, logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, and operations.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position translates company objectives and product capabilities into high-impact, well-executed event programs while ensuring consistent messaging, professional presentation, and measurable results across all in-person and virtual experiences.

Duties

  • Plan, manage, and execute all events, conferences, and trade shows from concept through post-event follow-up.
  • Develop and own event strategy, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Lead event planning meetings and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics, including booth assets, signage, collateral, shipping, storage, and on-site setup and teardown.
  • Obtain confirmation from warehouse and logistics teams that all event materials are prepared and in transit prior to each event.
  • Source, maintain, and organize trade show materials and booth inventory.
  • Oversee creation of event signage, displays, and visual assets.
  • Ensure all events align with brand standards, messaging, and presentation quality.
  • Coordinate pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up with marketing and sales teams.
  • Support lead capture, organization, and handoff after events.
  • Manage event vendors, venues, and contractors.
  • Track event performance, costs, and ROI; recommend improvements.
  • Maintain an organized event calendar and documentation.
  • Track and document all event attendees who engage with our team, including clients and prospects, and provide the list to sales for timely follow-up.

Success Metrics

  • Events are executed on time, on budget, and without last-minute issues.
  • All event materials are prepared, approved, and shipped prior to deadlines.
  • Events consistently meet brand and presentation standards.
  • Strong coordination with sales and marketing before and after events.
  • Positive internal feedback on event organization and execution.
  • The event program operates as a reliable, scalable function.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
