Position Overview

Are you a Staffing Recruiter ready to grow in your career? This role offers Salary Range: $43,000 to $50,000 Annually PLUS commission and benefits. As a staffing recruiter, you will source, evaluate, engage, and manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle while building and nurturing relationships with clients through candidate presentations, order taking, and order management.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified talent for various roles including clerical, light industrial, and direct placement positions.
• Grow relationships and create new opportunities with assigned accounts.
• Communicate effectively with customers and manage job postings.
• Schedule and conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
• Maintain honesty and respect in all interactions.
• Follow-up via telephone and email with both contract employees and on-assignment candidates.
• Participate in ongoing training, including product, software, and sales training.

Required Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or sales experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
