Ryder Systems is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as Vice President of Global Transportation Management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our global transportation operations and driving continuous improvement across the business. You will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the transportation industry and a comprehensive knowledge of the latest transportation technology and best practices. You will have a proven track record of delivering results through people management and have the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions. To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in transportation management. You must also have strong communication skills, be highly organized and have a customer service-oriented mindset.
