Position Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator at a store location, you will focus on engaging our current running community and attracting new running and fitness enthusiasts. You will assist the Operating Manager to drive customers into the store, achieve sales objectives, and acquire and retain customers. You will be involved with grassroots marketing efforts, social media and email marketing, outreach events, expos, and race support, working collaboratively with Store Management, the Retail Experience Team, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Operating Manager in driving store traffic and meeting sales objectives.
- Engage with the local running and fitness communities through grassroots marketing, social media, email campaigns, outreach events, expos, and race support.
- Collaborate with Store Management and the Retail Experience Team to uphold Fleet Feet’s high standards of service and support.
- Champion the brand by solving problems, reaching goals, and encouraging teammates.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Working knowledge of Social Media and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and see plans through to completion.
- Professional and timely internal and external communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Collaborative and customer-centric mindset.
