Position Overview

The work is exciting – and we make it fun! You will be continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers all from the comfort of your home. In addition, a monthly stipend is provided for internet services and other utilities.Compensation:From $10.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers on behalf of North America's Leading Broadcast Entertainment Company.
  • Upgrade or re-subscribe their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems.
  • Deliver sales results (contacts, leads/conversions/sales) that meet client performance objectives.
  • Deliver productivity results (contacts per hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives.
  • Adhere to standard contact procedures while building relationships, supporting client products and services, and overcoming prospect objections.
  • Follow operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a resident of Texas, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, West Virginia, or Iowa with tangible address verification.
  • Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions.
  • Professional vocabulary with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Assertive, quick thinking with excellent schedule adherence and attendance.
  • Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus.
  • Good computer skills and must complete a self-administered tech validation tool through thinscale.
  • Must provide your own Computer or Laptop.
  • Internet connection – Direct wired connection: Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload (DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable).
  • Windows 10 Desktop or laptop current on all security updates.
  • High-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset.
  • Dual screen set-up – a separate 19” monitor with a minimum resolution of 1280×1024.
  • Webcam, free space of 5 GB, and processor speed of Dual Core @3 GHz (or Quad Core @2GHz or better).
  • RAM Required – 8 GB and full versions of Windows Defender or Essentials for Anti-Virus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Call Center operations, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service is highly preferred.
