Role Overview
Bramlett Partners is seeking a highly capable, people-forward Agent Success & Sales Manager to lead and elevate our market-leading Leads Program while supporting agent onboarding, coaching, and overall agent experience. This is a high-impact role designed for a licensed real estate professional who thrives at the intersection of sales performance, relationship management, and operational excellence.
This position is ideal for someone who can confidently navigate performance conversations, coach agents toward stronger conversion and production outcomes, and bring structure, accountability, and clarity to agent-facing programs. You will play a central role in ensuring our agents feel supported, challenged, and equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Leads Program Ownership & Sales Performance
- Own and manage the brokerage’s Leads Program, including agent participation standards, distribution, tracking, and performance
- Coach agents on lead conversion, follow-up strategy, and sales best practices to improve ROI and production outcomes
- Monitor agent performance metrics related to leads and proactively address gaps through coaching and training
- Partner with leadership to refine and evolve lead policies, expectations, and systems
Agent Coaching & Success Management
- Serve as a trusted coach and performance partner to agents, delivering clear feedback and guidance through structured 1:1 conversations
- Support agents in goal setting, business planning, and production improvement
- Navigate conversations with confidence, professionalism, and empathy, in alignment with leadership expectations and company standards
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the agent population and escalate insights to leadership
Onboarding & Early Agent Experience
- Support and enhance the onboarding experience for newly recruited agents
- Ensure new agents are properly integrated into systems, expectations, culture, and available resources
- Reinforce production standards, lead expectations, and success pathways early in the agent lifecycle
Training & Education
- Facilitate or support trainings related to lead conversion, sales skills, systems, and brokerage tools
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training content is relevant, practical, and aligned with company standards
- Maintain and contribute to agent-facing documentation and educational resources
Agent Experience & Operational Excellence
- Act as a consistent, reliable point of contact for agent questions related to leads, systems, and performance support
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting tied to agent participation and outcomes
- Support brokerage initiatives, meetings, and programs that enhance agent engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage leadership, agent services, or sales management (or equivalent transferable experience)
- Demonstrated ability to coach, teach, and deliver feedback that drives performance
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort with CRMs, lead management systems, and productivity tools
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism in sensitive or performance-based conversations
- Self-directed, proactive, and process-oriented
Preferred Backgrounds & Transferable Experience
While real estate brokerage experience is ideal, strong candidates may also come from:
- Real estate team leadership or sales management roles
- SaaS or technology sales coaching or customer success management
- Mortgage, title, or real estate adjacent leadership roles with coaching responsibilities
- Hospitality or service-driven management roles with strong performance metrics and training components.
If experience is applicable and applicant is considered, obtaining your real estate license within the first 90 days of employment will be a requirement of the position.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
