Job Description

Job Responsibilities Include:

Human Resources (HR)

  • Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Track attendance, schedules, and timecards
  • Help with payroll information
  • Support employee communication and policies
  • Post job openings and schedule interviews

Administrative Duties

  • Answer phones and emails
  • Organize documents and office files
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Order office supplies
  • Prepare reports and spreadsheets
  • Support daily office operations

Accounting Duties

  • Process invoices and payments
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconcile receipts and transactions
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
  • Prepare basic financial reports
  • Enter accounting data into systems like QuickBooks or Excel
