Job Description
Job Responsibilities Include:
Human Resources (HR)
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee files and records
- Track attendance, schedules, and timecards
- Help with payroll information
- Support employee communication and policies
- Post job openings and schedule interviews
Administrative Duties
- Answer phones and emails
- Organize documents and office files
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Order office supplies
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets
- Support daily office operations
Accounting Duties
- Process invoices and payments
- Handle accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile receipts and transactions
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Prepare basic financial reports
- Enter accounting data into systems like QuickBooks or Excel
