Position Overview
Looking for a right motivated associate with a flexible schedule, including Saturdays/Sundays. If you are interested in a future in business, this could be the right opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Drive sales by "going the extra mile," including effective up-selling and cross-selling
- Maintain product displays in presentable condition at all times
- Build productive, trust-based relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
- Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with computer use and proficient at typing
- Highly motivated and a fast learner who quickly adapts to new tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at The UPS Store is a HUGE plus!
- Retail experience
- Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher
- Certified Notary Public (Preferred)
