Position Overview

Looking for a right motivated associate with a flexible schedule, including Saturdays/Sundays. If you are interested in a future in business, this could be the right opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Drive sales by "going the extra mile," including effective up-selling and cross-selling
  • Maintain product displays in presentable condition at all times
  • Build productive, trust-based relationships with customers

Required Qualifications

  • Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with computer use and proficient at typing
  • Highly motivated and a fast learner who quickly adapts to new tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at The UPS Store is a HUGE plus!
  • Retail experience
  • Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher
  • Certified Notary Public (Preferred)
