Staff Engineer I: Electrical Engineer

Position Overview

Reliable MicroSystems is seeking a Staff Engineer I with an Electrical Engineering degree and relevant work experience to tackle complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate is expected to work both independently and collaboratively, addressing tasks such as integrated circuit design, integrated circuit layout, and radiation effects failure analysis. They should also be able to present their work effectively to management or customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs engineering tasks of moderate complexity as directed by the project or program manager.
• Ensures that assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Presents results to management in a coherent, defensible manner.
• Documents outcomes in both presentation and written formats, including briefing charts and reports.

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required for this role

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 Annually
