Position Overview

Join Our Team as an IT Help Desk Level 1 Technician – Support, Troubleshoot, and Grow in a Dynamic IT Environment. Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking an IT Help Desk Level 1 Technician to join our expanding team! Key Responsibilities

  • Provide First-Level Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Manage User Accounts: Assist with Active Directory administration, including user creation and access management.
  • Set Up and Configure Devices: Image, configure, and deploy new computers and laptops for employees.
  • Support Connectivity Issues: Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity problems to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with Printer & Peripheral Setup: Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and other office peripherals.
  • Ensure Software Functionality: Install and update software applications while troubleshooting browser-related issues.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional IT support while maintaining clear communication with end-users.
  • Work On-Site: This is an in-person role (not remote), and occasional travel may be required.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in help desk support or desktop support.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with troubleshooting computer hardware, network connectivity, and software applications.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to assist end-users effectively.
  • Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
  • Holds a certificate, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (preferred but not required).
