Job Description
You will start your day in our Las Vegas office reviewing open tickets.
You will resolve remote issues, communicate with clients, and deploy on site when needed. You will work directly with small and mid sized businesses across Las Vegas.
This is a hands on role. You must be comfortable in front of clients and confident solving problems.
Daily Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize help desk tickets
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac endpoints
- Support Microsoft 365 users and email issues
- Deploy on site to resolve network, firewall, WiFi, and workstation problems
- Document work clearly inside our ticketing system
- Escalate properly when needed
- Use AI tools and documentation platforms to research and solve issues quickly
What You Must Bring
- Experience working inside a ticketing system
- Clear communication skills with business owners and staff
- Professional appearance and attitude for on site visits
- Ability to research answers using AI and vendor documentation
- Solid understanding of networking basics. DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls
Bonus Skills
- Experience in an MSP environment
- Familiarity with Connect Wise or Autotask
- Knowledge of EDR, backup, and cybersecurity tools
