Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

In this remote opportunity, you will serve as an Inbound Customer Service Representative answering calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services, explaining services and claims information.Starting wage is $18.00 per hourwith opportunities to earn more through monthly incentives and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system
• Provide explanation of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures
• Interface professionally with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters

Required Qualifications

• Ability to train and work in a remote environment
• No prior medical insurance experience required – we will train motivated individuals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task across various applications
• Positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn medical terminology
• Weekday schedule flexibility and a career-oriented mindset
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently
• A quiet, professional work environment alongside a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload)
