In this remote opportunity, you will serve as an Inbound Customer Service Representative answering calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services, explaining services and claims information.Starting wage is $18.00 per hourwith opportunities to earn more through monthly incentives and performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system
- Provide explanation of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures
- Interface professionally with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters
Required Qualifications
- Ability to train and work in a remote environment
- No prior medical insurance experience required – we will train motivated individuals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task across various applications
- Positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn medical terminology
- Weekday schedule flexibility and a career-oriented mindset
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently
- A quiet, professional work environment alongside a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload)
