IAM Analyst - Level 2
Job Description
Position Overview
This role supports access provisioning and deprovisioning for various enterprise systems while adhering to established IAM controls and procedures to ensure timely fulfillment of access requests. Sitting between a help desk and a senior system administrator, the role requires a system-level administrator background with 2+ years of IAM experience—including provisioning access via AD, mainframe/RACF, and Oracle/SQL—and resolving level 2 identity management issues. Additionally, you will assist with improving deployment processes and tool usage while collaborating with business partners to resolve access issues. You will also contribute to large-scale Technology Operations planning and work closely with client personnel. This is a hybrid position located in Phoenix, AZ. Application Deadline: Apr 4, 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Support access provisioning and deprovisioning for enterprise systems.
- Adhere to IAM controls and procedures to fulfill access requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with business partners to resolve access issues and address level 2 identity management challenges.
- Assist with improving deployment processes, operational procedures, and tool utilization.
- Contribute to large-scale Technology Operations planning and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Technology Operations/IAM experience, demonstrated through work, training, or other relevant experience.
- System-level administrator background with hands-on experience in provisioning access through AD, mainframe/RACF, and database systems like Oracle/SQL.
- Experience supporting level 2 identity management issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID).
- Experience with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Open ID, SCIM).
- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI).
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve deliverables.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests promptly.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Project).
