Position Overview
Our client is a well-established industrial equipment rental organization experiencing rapid growth. They are seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a true “hunter” mentality to join as a Technical Sales Representative – HVAC in Oklahoma City, CA. In this role, you will develop and hunt for new business through strategic outreach and market expansion while fostering long-term client relationships. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, strengthen customer partnerships, and support sustained revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Own and actively manage an assigned sales territory with a strong emphasis on new business development.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls and presentations to present customized equipment/service solutions.
- Maintain a consistent meeting cadence with clients to support account growth and retention.
- Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new accounts through targeted prospecting and strategic market development.
- Stay current on company training, new product offerings, and relevant industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful B2B and/or outside sales experience with a documented record of performance.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the territory up to 90% of the time.
- Exposure to HVAC, industrial equipment, or rental-based sales environments.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and territory planning skills.
