Job Summary

Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce enterprise, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to drive online sales and enhance brand presence. This role will be based in Jacksonville, Florida, US, with a hybrid work arrangement offering flexibility. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to attract, engage, and convert customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-commerce, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy. You will manage the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition to retention, focusing on optimizing conversion rates and maximizing customer lifetime value. Key responsibilities include planning and managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads), optimizing website content for search engines, developing and executing email marketing campaigns, and fostering community engagement on social platforms. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying key metrics, and reporting on ROI to senior management. Collaboration with the sales, product development, and customer service teams will be essential to ensure a cohesive brand experience. The ability to stay ahead of e-commerce trends, leverage data analytics to inform decisions, and adapt strategies based on market dynamics is crucial. This position requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our client's online business and achieving ambitious growth targets. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and CRM systems is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Create and execute engaging email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars and community engagement strategies.
  • Analyze website traffic, sales data, and marketing campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
  • Manage the e-commerce website's content and product listings for optimal performance.
  • Stay current with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven success in driving online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
